Hi Martin,

Did you set the following line at the very beginning of your macros ?

/gate/geometry/setMaterialDatabase GateMaterials.db

If your environment is appropriately set (that should be the case with
vGate), you don't have to specify a path to this default file, and there is
also no need to copy this file in your simulation directory. If no path is
specified like here, the environment variable GATEHOME will be used to
locate this file.
