Hi,

Maybe the installation of VirtualBox has failed.
When you launch VirtualBox for the first time, you have to agree a license
and then a window opens with some buttons, and one is the button "New". A
shortcut for "New" is Ctrl+N, maybe you can try it. Or if you can see the
"Machine" menu, there is also a link inside it to create a new machine.
If it still does not work, try to remove and install it again.
