[Gate-users] About the voxelized source

Dear All,

I imported a voxelized source from an Interfile Image and convert the image
values into activities. I am not sure how GATE define the position of a
voxelized source. So I use the following command, which is used by the
example code, to change the position of the source

/gate/source/voxel_brain/setPosition   0 -400 -400 mm

However, when I use the visualize command shown below, the source seems
always like a point source in the centre of World.

/gate/source/voxel_brain/visualize 5000 white 20

Dose anybody know how to visualize a voxelized source? Also, when the
voxelized source imported, what is default position of it?

Say I import the voxelized phantom and source from the same Interfile Image,
does it mean that the phantom and source coincide with each other voxel by
voxel?
