[Gate-users] problem about Image Reconstruction using STIR

hi everyone

I'm trying to use STIR to make a Image Reconstruction.

And this is the step that I found from some other mail in this mail-list before:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

step a- Generate an attenuation image corresponding to the phantom. The
phantom geometry should be defined in generate_image.par. The phantom
material should be defined in terms of its corresponding mu values at
511 keV (0.09607 for water). The generate_image.par example generates a
cylinder filled with lung tissue, with a sphere filled with water at
the center of the cylinder. To run it,

type <generate_image generate_image.par>

three files will be created: image.v, image.hv, and image.ahv . The format of the image.v is described in image.hv.

step b- Next, generate a sensitivity file

type <sensitivity OSMAPOSL_osem_with_interfiltering.par>

> Get attenuation image from which file (0=0?s): <image.hv>

Three files will be created: sensitivity.v, sensitivity.hv, and sensitivity.ahv

my problem is that I can't found the "sensitivity" tool,

How should I fix the problem?

Any ideas?

Regards,

Lipeng
