[Gate-users] a problem about Voxelized_Phantom_Source

hi everyone!

    When I running the example of  Voxelized_Phantom_Source which has been included in the GATE into a benchmark.

    The simulation has been break by this message:

      PANIC! - G4SmartVoxelHeader::BuildNodes()

         Daughter physical volume hof_brainVoxel_PVP

         is entirely outside mother logical volume hof_brain_L !!



    *** G4Exception : InvalidSetup

        issued by : G4SmartVoxelHeader::BuildNodes()

       Overlapping daughter with mother volume.

   *** Fatal Exception *** core dump ***



   *** G4Exception: Aborting execution ***

How should I fix the problem?
