Just try it out. It should work if your macro is set up for one projection.

Subject: [Gate-users] single projection parallelization

Hi All,

We are trying to simulate our SPECT system by using GATE cluster tools.

We are wondering that if we can also do only single projection
parallelization by using the splitting tool of the current version of GATE
(we are using gate 4.0) or this is not possible at all?
With single projection parallelization we mean splitting a single projection
experiment into sub time sections which means that if the one single
projection is 1 sec we would like to split also sub time sections like 1/16,
1/32 or 1/64 sec to increase time resolution (scaling) for each single
projection.

Is there any existing method or references to do this?

Thank you very much for any kind of information in advance.

Regards,
