Dear Gaters
I am running on Gate 5.0.0.p01, when I use conmand:
./bin/Linux-g++/gjs -numberofsplits 10 -clusterplatform condor -condorscript ./script/condor.script newnano.mac
The output is
ROOT output is enabled but no filename is given; using a default one
ASCII output is enabled
INTER output is disabled
LMF output is disabled
RAW output is disabled
ECAT output enabled if ECAT + sinogram selected but no filename is given; using a default one
SINO output enabled if ECAT system selected but no filename is given; using a default one
Information : Random seed file $(GC_DOT_GATE_DIR)/seed(n).rndm
But there is only .mac file in ./Gate/newnano/, there is no seeds(n).rndm file
I am only interesting to get the random seeds. Did I miss use something in this new version of Gate?
Thank you.
Regards
Zhi
