[Gate-users] GATE on cluster machine SGE problem with root merging

Dear Gaters,





I am having some troubles with Gate installed on a SGE Cluster. I manage to split my job, currently i am splitting the benchmarkpet.mac into two. 

Then jobs run well.

The problem occurs while the merge of the .root files. I have a message that says :

Root input file name: /u/dtaleb/gate/gate_v4.0.0/benchmarks/benchmarkPET/benchmarkPET1.root
Root input file name: /u/dtaleb/gate/gate_v4.0.0/benchmarks/benchmarkPET/benchmarkPET2.root
Root output file name: benchmarkPET.root
Combining: /u/dtaleb/gate/gate_v4.0.0/benchmarks/benchmarkPET/benchmarkPET1.root /u/dtaleb/gate/gate_v4.0.0/benchmarks/benchmarkPET/benchmarkPET2.root -> benchmarkPET.root
Cannot find one of: runID, eventID, time in Gate
Problem with merging Gate


Anyway the results of the benchmark are similar to what was expected, just want to make sure it is not big deal.
