[Gate-users] Root output of dynamic voxellized source/phantom

Hello!

I'm running a dynamic phantom/source in Gate v5.0.0 by incorporating
time-activity curves in all voxels. I run a 10 s acquisition, with 10 data
points in my TACs, one per second. For the phantom I've set

/gate/RTVPhantom/SetNumberOfFrames 10
/gate/RTVPhantom/SetTimePerFrame 1. s

and for the source

/gate/source/voxelSource/interfileReader/SetTimeSampling 1. s

My question is now regarding the root output. When I define root output like
in a normal case, I get just one single output file. Is it possible to get
as many root files output as the time sampling scheme?? In this case I
suppose it should be 10 root files, one per second. In that case you can
simply reconstruct the images separately to get a time series of images.
Does anyone else know how to get the dynamic image series otherwise?
Cheers,
Ida
