[Gate-users] Vacuum_dose

Dear Gate users,
hi,
I have some questions about GATE :
1-When i run voxelised phantom for dosimetry application the gate runs well,
but at first it gives warning as below:

what means this warning? and how can debug it?
2- I simulate a voxelised source and phantom for dosimetry application, when
i read the output file(dose file) there were seen dose in vacuum outside the
phantom.(see attachment for 1MBq photons).
in high activity level this problem is considerable.
note that:I followed GATE4.0.0 users manual for activity range and phantom
range description. all of the macros associate with imaging (only) such as
camera, digitizer, ... were deactivated.
can anyone help me to solve this problem?
3- in gate results, energy emitted from one organ is less than energy
absorbed in other organ, what is my problem.
for example:
in voxel phantom with 128*128*243 dimension with 4*4*4 mm^3 each voxel,
Activity in kidney=500 M.Bq for 100 Kev photons for 1second
all of the energy emitted from kidney is about 0.16 e-5 Joule but energy
absorbed in the same kidney is 0.10433 Joule.
is my problem about simulation parameters or energy calculation methods?
