[Gate-users] GATEv5.00 voxelized phantom error

Dear gaters,

Greetings!

I have the same problem with Dr. Ali Asghar Parach.
I am using a voxelized Zubal medical phantom in
GATE for dosimetry studies. If I visualize the
phantom using OpenGL, things seem ok. However, the
following error occurs later part of the simulation:

PANIC! - G4SmartVoxelHeader::BuildNodes()
         Daughter physical volume zubalphantomVoxel_PVP
         is entirely outside mother logical volume zubalphantom_L !!

I also tried using the hoffman brain, but still the error appears.

I could run my codes in GATEv4.00 with no problem.
If anyone knows where we went wrong, please help us!
