[Gate-users] Toggling between sorting methods

Dear gate users,

In the Gate users guide it is reported the possibility of obtaining 
coincidences by using two different methods quoted as "Method 1" and 
"Method 2". The first "finds coincidences inside a window" while the 
second applies a "logical OR between all pulses signals". 
Does anybody know which one Gate uses by default? and, how to change 
from one to another?
