[Gate-users] STIR download problem

Dear Users,
I want to use the Software for Tomographic Image Reconstruction(STIR)in http://stir.sourceforge.net.
But it need to register.I have send the email to the author,but their is no reply,So I can not download it.
Do you have this package or any link to this package? If possible,send it to me.
