Hello Arda,


Try setting your G4WORKDIR  to the GATE installation folder.
For example,

    export G4WORKDIR=/home/soft/gate_v4.0.0

or

    sentenv G4WORKDIR=/home/soft/gate_v4.0.0

in other linux distros.
