[Gate-users] Gate_5.0.0 vs Gate_v4.0.0 photon interactions in voxelized phantom

Dear gaters,


Since GATEv5.0.0 added the capability of visualizing
the source geometry, I tried GATEv5.0.0 few days
ago to verify the position of my radiation sources --
though I really use GATEv4.0.0 for the simulation for
consistency of my data.

However, I noticed something in the photon interactions
in the voxelized phantom as what I had seen in the
visualization. In GATEv5.0.0, it seems like
their are no interactions taking place in the
voxelized phantom [see the attached Figure]. But, this
situation did not occur in GATEv4.0.0 [see the other
attached Figure].

Moreover, in GATEv5.0.0 when the "world volume" is
set to be invisible:
  /gate/world/vis/setVisible    0
the voxelized phantom can't be visualized too.

Is there anyone who noticed this too?
