[Gate-users] Voxelised phantom error remains

Dear Gate users,

I have run in to the same problem with voxelised phantoms as a couple
gate users before me (AliAsghar Parach 01/07/2009 & Jan Mickelle V.
Maratas 22/07/2009).

I cannot get the Voxelised_Phantom_Source example simulation to work,
and run in to the same problem with other voxelised phantoms as well.
The error message is:

PANIC! G4SmartVoxelHeader: :BuildNodes()
Daughter physical volume fantomVoxel_PVP
is entirely outside mother logical volume fantom_L !!
*** G4Exception : InvalidSetup
issued by : G4SmartVoxelHeader: :BuildNodes()
Overlapping daughter with mother volume.
*** Fatal Exception *** core dump ***

I have replaced "parameterizedBoxMatrix" with "regularMatrix" as
suggested by Jan Mickelle V. Maratas on 23/07/2009, but I still get the
same error message. 

Can someone please advise me on how to solve this problem? Any
suggestions are much appreciated!
