Dear GuoCheng,

In GATE photons of high and and of low energy are treated as two different  
particles (gammas and optical photons). Optical photons
are used to simulate the photons generated by scintillation. If you do not  
want to simulate the photons generated by scintillation, then
you can safely ignore the warning. Otherwise you must provide a file  
describing the optical properties of the involved materials.
