Just insert in the GateMaterials.db the followings:

 

LYSO:   d=7.1 g/cm3; n=4    ; state=Solid

        +el: name=Lutetium  ; n=9

        +el: name=Yttrium   ; n=1

        +el: name=Silicon   ; n=5

        +el: name=Oxygen    ; n=25

 

This is actually the Prelude420 crystal

Hi Gate user
Currently I'm simulating a small animal dual head PET, everything is OK, but
I have a question
Where I can found the mass fraction of the elements of this material ?

Lu(1.8)Y(0.2)SiO(5):Ce  (10% of Yttrium)

In GateMaterials.db is defined the Lu(0.6)Y(1.4)SiO(5):Ce (post of September
6 2004 )
