Hi 

For 3D pixelated images AND quantification+++, I would definitely suggest
PMOD. It is very expensive and fairly difficult to start, but there is
online demo which permits you viewing images at
http://www.pmod.com/technologies/demo/startdemo.php. Use View module first.
Autodetect not always recognizes the file format. It requires Java
installed, web browser, and works with local files. 

>From free programs I recommend MRIcro.

Hi Gate Users
	I have obtain the raw data by the gate simulation. Correct and
reconstruction them.
Now, I want to display the reconstruction image by 3D image tools.
But I'm wondering what 3D image tools to use?
