[Gate-users] Strange behavior in cluster aware gate when using voxelised phantoms.

Hello All,

   We have a grid computing environment running ROCKS 4.3 (sun grid engine)
on which we have used GATE (version 3.1.2) successfully in the past albeit
with parameterised phantoms. Leaving the parameterised attenuation phantom
as it is, I changed the source phantom to a voxelised one (interfile, IEC IQ
phantom Nb of planes:180 Nb of pixels per plane: 300 230 ) and noticed that
the entire simulation crashes after a while. Looking at the log files, I can
see nothing amiss.

   Has anyone encountered this and if so, any suggestions as to how I fix
this?
