Hi

STIR cannot really "do" SPECT (contributions welcome!). If you don't want
attenuation nor scatter correction  however (as many SPECT people still do),
then you can pretend that the SPECT data are just line integrals, and go
ahead. The only thing then is to get STIR to read your data. Unfortunately,
STIR doesn't read interfile 3.3 projection data, but as it's a text header,
it is not difficult to convert it to something that STIR does understand.
Check the STIR mailing list for SPECT questions and you will find emails
that tell you how to do this.
