Hello Ashley,

I think this message occurs, because 15O is a positron emitter. As far 
as I understood, this message is produced when a positron escapes the 
world without annihilation. This topic is discussed several times in the 
GATE Users talk.
I experienced, that the simulation crashes when this warning occurs to 
often.
Only some of these warnings should not cause problems.
Why this message doesn't occur with 18F I don't know.
