Hi,

I can' t generate "Gate" command when I type " source /Applications/
gate/gate_v4.0.0/env_gate.sh " in my work directory " /Applications/
work_gate " .

Interestingly, when i am in GATEHOME (/Applications/gate/gate_v4.0.0)
directory, I can generate the "Gate" command ONLY if i source the
env_gate.sh twice !?
(i.e. I source it once and Gate command is not generated...i source
it again and I have the Gate command). And the output files are
created in this directory (GATEHOME).

I tried to set $GATEHOME=.pwd but it didnt help..I copied part of
my " env_gate.sh" here which is similar to my gate installation on my
other machine (ubuntu).

export G4VERSION=9.1
export G4INSTALL=/Applications/geant4/geant4.9.1.p03
#export LMF_HOME=/Applications/lmf/lmf_v3.0
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/Applications/ROOT/root/lib:/Applications/CLHEP/
lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=/Applications/ROOT/root/lib:/Applications/
CLHEP/lib:$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH
export ECAT7_HOME=/Applications/ecat/ecat
export PATH=/Applications/ROOT/root/bin:/Applications/gate/gate_v4.0.0/
bin/Linux-g++:${PATH}
export GATEHOME=/Applications/gate/gate_v4.0.0
export ROOTSYS=/Applications/ROOT/root

Thanks for any help,
