Hi Sebnem,

As Samuel Burg posted in the mailing list:

“A rather easy and free software is MRIcro (
<http://www.sph.sc.edu/comd/rorden/mricro.html>
http://www.sph.sc.edu/comd/rorden/mricro.html) witch can open Interfile,
dicom, or in fact any raw picture data in INT8, INT16, INT32, FL32. For this
it's better to use the 'old' version 'MRIcro' and not the 'new' 'MRIcron'.”

You also can use ImageJ or Amide (for instance):

 <http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/> http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/

 <http://amide.sourceforge.net/> http://amide.sourceforge.net/

Cheers,

Subject: [Gate-users] interfile format

Hi all,

After finishing my SPECT simulation, I got two files gate.hdr (header file)
and gate.sin (binary file).

How to read interfile image by using gate.hdr and gate.sin? I could see the
gate.hdr file details but I do not know the details of gate.sin file.

Thank you for your help in advance...
