Hi,
It seems that your problem comes from the "pileup" module.
You call this module after the energy cut, and as you can read in the 
user's guide page 110, the output energy value
computed by this module is the sum of the energy events which are 
"collected" during the pileup time value.
So, you need to redefine your macro according to these rules.
