to track optical photons, you will need to add the description of optical properties of materials of interest in the "Materials.xml" file.

I´ve just installed Gate and tryed to run the benchmarkPET.mac to check the system. Following error occured:

GateMaterialDatabase: did not load properties table for material ´Lead´.
This is only a problem when OPTICAL PHOTONS are transported in this material.

Does anyboby know how i can handle the problem, if i`m interested in optical photons?
