Dear Alan,
You can make the collimator without 'hole'.
That's why I said about the material.
Imagine the making sequence as the GATE's side...
or Look at the screen carefully...
Execution line by line is basic but easy to figure out what's going on...

Now I am confused! Why (and how for that matter) does the definition of a
hexagon depend on the material? Can you explain, or point me to a reference
