Hi,

I have compiled GATE (and all associated software, see below for versions).
I navigated to

/home.mirg/danieljw/GATE/gate_v3.1.1/bin/Linux-g++

and ran Gate:

bin/Linux-g++> ./Gate
./Gate: error while loading shared libraries: libCLHEP-2.0.2.3.so: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

The problem is that I have installed the CLHEP libraries. I went into that
directory and explicitly found that file:

danieljw at zulu:~/CLHEP/lib> pwd
/home.mirg/danieljw/CLHEP/lib
danieljw at zulu:~/CLHEP/lib> ls | grep libCLHEP-2.0.2.3.so
libCLHEP-2.0.2.3.so

I know that Geant4 used CLHEP fine. I do not know how to tell GATE where
to find this file. Does anyone have any suggestions? I posted some specs
below.

Thanks,

Daniel

PS. Thank you to Peter, your suggestion fixed the problem.

OS: SuSe 9.2
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3500+

ROOT: 5.12
GEANT4: 8.1.p02
CLHEP: 2.0.2.3
