Hi,
If you want to run your simulation on cluster, you can use the Cluster-Tools
of the 3.1.x version of Gate. There is a job splitter that allows you to
automatically split your simulation in a certain number (of your choice) and
then generate the seed files (all different) associated with each part of
your simulation. For more detail see the Gate3.1.1 manual available on the
website.
But to use the Cluster-Tools, you may probably install a new version of Gate
(3.1.1 is advised), at least on one computer.
