Dear khalid,
I am doing my master's thesis on Gate, but I have a lot of  difficulties 
too. Anyway, I am here if you need help. Maybe you can help me back....
For instance, The experiment with a little box filled with 99Tc gives a 
exponential decay for the sensibility (Mcps/MBq/sec) exept at the 
beginning where it shows a tiny increase (d=2cm) because the sample is 
too close from the pinhole. The simulation disagree with that so I can't 
get any increase at short distances and every odd valu of distance (1cm 
3cm 5cm ...) I get strange results.
Maybe you had had the same pb...
