Paola,

I think this should be possible, although I haven't tried this myself.

You should make your crystal a sensitive detector (if it isn't already)
and create two output chains (you'll have to look in Gate manual how to
do that, since I have no experience with this) one for the optical
singles and one for the 'normal' singles by using the optical adder in
the first chain and the normal adder in the second.

If you detect your optical photons in another volume than your crystal,
it is possible that you also have gamma/electron interactions in this
volume which will end up in your gamma/electrons output file. You will
have to remove those afterwards.
