What do you mean by for single or couple photon ????

Also , Do you want to simulate whole body PET system or only one detector module (small parts of a detector, I mean)

  I am a MSC medical physics student.
  I want to start my project about simulation of intercrystal scattering in PET(for single or couple photon)using GATE code.
  I want to know if anyone has been done a similar work with this code or not?
