[gate-users] I have doubt in the materials data base

Hi all,
I have been checking the Materials data base to find
out about some plastics materials, for instance,
Teflon and PMMA and I couldn't find them.
I thought to add this materials in the data base and I
accessed the NIST web site, for two reasons, first to
find information about these two materials and second
because I am working with 131I and I need the mass
attenuation coefficients at 364 keV.
Checking this NIST web site I found that some
materials in the Gate data base have different values
for density or are setting up with different mass
fraction comparing with the Gate data base.
Perhaps all of you have noticed these variations......
On the other hand I would like to know what is the
source from which GATE took these values?, it is just
to be clear in my mind.
Thanks and Regards
Erick
