I have the same error before, when I use the latest version CLHEP 2.0.3.1.

include/G4MCTGenParticle.hh:34:34: error: CLHEP/HepMC/GenEvent.h: No such
file or directory
include/G4MCTGenParticle.hh:35:37: error: CLHEP/HepMC/GenParticle.h: No 
such
file or directory
....



Then, I use CLHEP 1.9.2.2  as the suggestion in Geant4 8.0     installation 
page.

It working.   Hope you have solved your problems.
