[gate-users] Gate error messages

Greetings,

    I am wondering if a description of GATE's error messages and their
origins/meanings has been compiled anywhere?

 I am trying to run a  macro file to simulate a 30 keV point source in water
using the cylindricalPET system with a very simple detector geometry.  When
I try to attach the head, I get a message that says "segmentation break",
and GATE is exited.  Any suggestions as to what the problem is would be
greatly appreciated.
