[gate-users] installing clhep-1.8.1.0

Dear sirs:

I'm a novice user and I'm installing the CLHEP-1.8.1.0 library under 
cygwin, as a previous step for installing GEANT4.7/GATE, but I found 
some problems during ./configure:

checking how to run the C++ preprocessor... (cached) CC -E
UNEXPECTED CHOISE OF C++ COMPILER: CC
SELECTED C++ COMPILER: CC

(...)

checking for iostream.h... (cached) no
**Cannot find include files for C++ run time library. Please add
**the relevant directory to the TOPINCLUDES macro in the Makefile(s)

After make check, the process stopped with the following sintax error:

What can I do to prevent errors in the Makefile?
