Hi,

I think this is because you only have two rsectors defined in the 
cylindricalPET system.
And for the coincidences sort, it will reject the coincidencs between 
neighbour rsectors.
you should change the vaule by set:
/gate/digitizer/Coincidences/minSectorDifference [number]
The default [number] is 2. and for your system, the [number] should be 1.

See the manual  8.2.13. Coincidences sorter.
