Hello Sadek, how is it going with your submission ?

I hope it is going on fine, I have to ask you some more information about
how to rebin the root output for reconstruction on the DST console. The
reason is that now I have the images but I am not familliar with root and
I don't have any tools to do corrections on the images( normalization,
attenuation correction, arc correction etc) for this reason I would still
like to continue with your code but instead using the DST console to
export the sinograms for reconstruction.


About the permissions, I have talked to my supervisors and they are
willing to contact GE for permission if you can provide us with the right
adresses.
