Greetings GATERS,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to do arc corrections for the data (
sinogram output from GATE) . If not by how big a factor can this affect
the resolution of a tomograph ?

Hello Long and Sadek, have you had any developments with the code to
handle the DST geometry ? I tried some manipulations ( of which I have not
idea) with STIR and got some images. I had three point sources in the FOV
but the images i reconstructed were jumbled. I will try to reproduce the
method and see if I can make a more elaborate complain.

Also apart from Amide , does someone have some scripts(codes) for
calculting the NEMA 2001 type resolution (FWHM)? I have used the built in
Gaussian fit in AMide but the NEMA uses a polynomial fit. I don't expect a
big difference though.

Cheers

Theodore
