[gate-users] light guide

Dear Dr.Sebastian JAN,

Thank you very much for your interest .

My friends, after seeing my Gate simulation results asked me If I  took into
consideration the active light guide  within my PET scanner simulation .

According to  my knowledge , Light guide (If necessary) is a substance as
glass , liquid, fiber optic ,plastic , silicon oil that is inserted between
two different type materials (  such as two scintillation materials or
scintillation blocks with PMT tubes or photodiode arrays to conduct the flow
of light between two scintillation blocks.

Now , I am studying on phoswich detector modules and I wonder that If  It is
used any active light guide or adhesive  material between two scintillation
blocks   in PET scanner simulation.
