[gate-users] Doppler broadening effect

Dear all,

The Doppler broadening effect is strongly dependent on both scattering
medium and incidence particle energy.
EGS4+KEK extension, EGSnrc, GEANT4 include Doppler broadening effect.  In
the physics process of the GATE, the Compton formula is derived under the
conditions that the electron is free and at rest. Therefore, it looks GATE
does not include Doppler broadening.  If I am wrong, please give me
information regarding how to include Doppler broadening effect in GATE
simulation.
