[gate-users] STIR and LMF

Dear all

This is just to let you know that the preliminary STIR code to read LMF
data is now on the STIR web-site (for registered STIR users). I suggest
that any discussions about this go to the stir-devel mailing list, as
this is not really a GATE issue.

Can I just add that this software is released under LGPL. This means you
cannot redistribute your own modifications (even to your best friend in
another university), unless you use a LGPL compatible license, which
means we can all use it. Why do I insist on this? Because I want
somebody to resolve the final issues with that code, and then distribute
it to everyone.
