[gate-users] Cygwin

Dear cygwin users,

I would like to mention that running Gate on cygwin may not be reliable.
Eventhough running the GATE benchmarks produced the same results as
those reported by the GATE collaboration, "sometimes" results do not
match those from running on RedHat. Another major problem, I could not
let GATE decay a radioactive particle in cygwin. Running the same mac
files on Linux was just fine. Hope this helps.
