[gate-users] ECAT Library

Due to the problems encountered with the official ftp server of the ECAT 
library, its author (Mérence Sibomana) allowed us to put a copy of the 
library in the GATE web site. This will be done in the next weeks ; in 
the meantime, you can ask me directly, through the gate-users mailing 
list, a copy of the library.
