[gate-users] cylinder phantom aligned with X axis

Dear Zhang,

In Gate, a phontom is nothing speical but a Volume (or Phyiscal Volume in Geant4).
So just rotate it some deg along X or Y or Z axis according to your needs. 

Please refer to Gate's users guider, Chapt 3, section 3.4.2 Rotation for details.
It can be downloaded from the offical Gate site at EPFL. ( It always be wise and
won't hurt to read the Gate Users Guide. )
