[gate-users] Command not found error

Hi Amarnath,

You are correct.  You appear to be missing the LMF and ECAT Libraries.
If you are not need these features don't worry about the messages.
However, because you are using the ECAT libraries you can find the link
to them on the GATE web site.  Compile them on you machine set the
ECAT_HOME system variable and then rerun the gate env script and
recompile GATE.

When I run Gate I receive the following errors. But the benchmark test
runs fine otherwise.The end results are also correct.

How do I include the commands...Is there any fle or library that is

Actually I added the commands for ecat so that I can have Ecat7 Sinogram
outputs to test STIR.
