We do our PET scans at 45 to 60 minutes after injection, and in general,
lung lesions will have an activity concentration of 1 microCi/cc, with a
target/Bkgd ~ 8/1.

Subject: [gate-users] FDG-PET organ uptake ratio?

Hi

I am doing a simulation study of FDG-PET lung cancer detection. Does
anyone know where I can find the organ uptake ratio after one hour of
injection, and what's the usual dose? Thanks.
