[gate-users] converting lmf to michelogram+interfile

The following is the command struct. Thanks in advance for any comments, questons,
and so on.

Command structure:
Convert lmf to coincidence:
/gate/output/lmf2coin
  enable  - enable it
  verbose - show status info
  The coincidence output file name is "coincidence"

Convert coincidence to sinogram:
/gate/output/lmfc2sino
  enable - enable it
  verbose - show status info
  ringNb      - logical ring number
  detectorNb  - logical detector number
  The sinogram output file name is "sinogram"
  
Convert sinogram to michelogram:
/gate/output/lmfsino2michelo
  enable - enable it
  verbose - show status info
  setFileName - set file name
  mashing     - mashing
  span        - span
  maxRingDiff - max ring difference
  
  NOTE:
  1> logical (ring number,detector no) defines sinogram dimension.
  2> the rest is the same of michelogram.
