[gate-users] Recon Gate output using STIR

[null99 at mails.tsinghua.edu.cn]

Some notes:
The output is from the PET_Ecat_System.mac with minor modification in the source:
Geometry to Radius*Height = 5cm*10cm, activity to 100,000.
