Hi yuxuan ,

Thanks for your reply. We have noticed that the last two columns have the Scanner Angular position. You can observe this if you run the benchmarkPET and enable Ascii output.  The degree of rotation 22.5 is present in the ascii output in the column 46. So I feel that it cant be the last two columns. Please inform me if you can make some omprovemnt on this and so will I.

  When I was using cylindricalPET system for my simulation, I found that 
  the ASCII output file for coincidences consists of 46 columns. Column 1 to 23 
  are for the first singles, and column 24 to 46 are for the second singles. 
  The first 21 columns of each singles are describe by the manual, and the 
  extra 2 columns seemed of no use (always be zero).
